Through the French doors onto the verandah, experience breathtaking views of the Sunshine Coast and rolling hills.The guest room features split system airconditioning, television, DVD/CD, fluffy towelling bathrobes, tea and plunger coffee with homemade short breads.

The Sage Room
Soft green and antique white welcome you to this peaceful escape from the world. A queen size timber French Provincial style bed with touches of soft green fabrics ‘feature.

French doors lead onto the wide verandah and offer glorious country and coastal views. The guest room features split system airconditioning, television, DVD/CD, fluffy towelling bathrobes, tea and plunger coffee with homemade short breads.

The Bottlebrush Room
Soft pale gold tones envelope the room which has two single beds converting to a king size bed beneath a local handcrafted iron bed head.

Step outside onto the verandah and enjoy the beauty of the valley beyond.
The guest room features split system airconditioning, television, DVD/CD, fluffy towelling bathrobes, tea and plunger coffee with homemade short breads.

The Garden Room
The latest addition to Roseville House. A private compact room overlooking the rear garden. Ideal for a 1 night mid-week or a 2 night week-end visit.

The Garden Room is fully ensuite and is furnished with a Queen Size bed, bedside cabinets, overhead fan, 32” TV, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a small table and chairs complete with luggage rack & clothes rail. The private entrance patio has a small table and chairs with country views across the back garden.
